A Note on Rodents
While storage is safe and dry, we want to be upfront: like any barn, we cannot guarantee it will be completely rodent-free. That said, our hard-working barn cats are excellent hunters and help keep rodents at bay. We also recommend that owners take standard rodent-prevention measures such as covering air intakes, sealing food sources, and using approved deterrents inside vehicles for added peace of mind.
Seasonal Access Note:
Between December and March, vehicle removal may be restricted at the discretion of the property owner due to weather conditions or snow load that can limit barn access.
