🐷 Meet the Pigs of Noble Maple Farm
If you’ve ever dropped off or picked up your car, boat, or camper for seasonal storage here at Noble Maple Farm, you may have been greeted by an unexpected sound—not the whir of engines, but the enthusiastic honks of our Kune Kune pigs. That’s right, our farm family includes a lively crew of four pigs (plus the occasional litter of piglets), who are always eager to announce new arrivals.
🌟 The OG Pig Duo: Huck & Mags
Our resident “pet pigs,” Huckleberry (Huck) and Magnolia (Mags), were the first pigs to call Noble Maple Farm home. Huck is a curious explorer, always rooting around for treats, while Mags has a calmer, watchful personality—but don’t let her fool you, she’s just as excited when the food bin rattles. Together, they set the tone for our happy little herd.
🌱 The Breeding Pair: Oak & Rosemary
Next up are Oak and Rosemary, our registered breeding pair. Strong, sturdy Oak lives up to his name with his solid frame and easygoing temperament. Rosemary is equally charming, with a mischievous streak that keeps everyone entertained. Together, they’re helping to grow the future of our farm’s pig family.
🐖 Piglets on the Farm
From time to time, we’re lucky enough to welcome litters of piglets—tiny snouts, wiggly tails, and plenty of squeaks. They bring an extra burst of energy to the barnyard and are always a delight to watch as they grow and learn from Huck, Mags, Oak, and Rosemary.
🥕 Bring a Snack for the Pigs
If you’d like to make fast friends with our herd, they’re always happy to receive a snack. We welcome you to bring along any leftover veggies like zucchini, carrots, or other farm-friendly treats to leave for the pigs when you swing by. Nothing delights them more than a crunchy bonus snack on their way to supper!
🐓 Chickens in the Mix
While the pigs are the loudest greeters, don’t be surprised if you also see a chicken or two wandering around during your visit. Our free-ranging hens like to supervise the action, adding to the farm’s lively atmosphere.
